A potential customer's first contact with us is usually by phone. All calls are greeted courteously and are routed to the proper department as quickly as possible.

Our sales representatives are trained in their particular areas of service, and will make every effort to answer a customers initial inquiry directly and quickly.

Once an appointment to meet has been set, our customer representative will work directly with that customer through the completion of the project.

Eastern Water Solutions can deliver 24 hours a day, 365 days a year emergency service, if required. If not an emergency, Eastern Water Solutions will schedule an appointment for repair or service as quickly as mutually acceptable.
