Well Casing Extension in Beacon Falls, CT

This water well was below ground and in a well "pit," which leaves it very susceptible to bacterial contamination. Luckily our team knew just what to do to prevent it.

First, the good pump, wire, and piping were pulled out of the well.  The metal well casing was then fitted with a watertight coupling used to attach an extension, raising them well above ground level.  The well was then disinfected and flushed.  New wiring from the well to the house was then pulled through a conduit and electrically tied into the existing system.  Finally, a new watertight well cap and electrical conduit to raise the wiring up was installed before the pit was abandoned and filled with soil.

Now, these homeowners should enjoy clean water from this well.
