When the technician was here a couple months ago, he said we need to replace the substance in the water treatment system because it isn't softening the water correctly. I would like to arrange to have someone come do that. In addition I would like them to clear the minerals from hot water heater. We couldn't figure out how to do it. Thank you

My well was dug in 1969 and is aprox. 170 ft. deep and has a slow recovery. It did not pass when I purchased my home in 1998. I am now thinking of selling and know I need to take care of the problem. I need a call back ASAP on Wed. 3/23. I am retired and am home all day. Thanks,

Well inspection required for purchase of home. Notes from home inspection: Water softener was back washing into the septic system. By todays standards this type of installation is not approved. Have licensed well contractor evaluate / repair as required. Also noted a slight water leak at the ejector pump for the lower level half bath.
