They were great. The plumber was very informative. I would highly recommend them. I have had two other companies attempt to fix a similar problem at a family members residence and were unable to do so. Eastern Water completed the repair and I am very satisfied.

Service went pretty well. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the phone was immediately answered by a receptionist. She dispatched someone who was nearby, and he called within 15 minutes. We ran through some diagnostics over the phone, and he decided he needed to visit. The service person was was professional and competent. He arrived at the house, checked the water system electrical system to ensure the water tank had no issues. He then went out to the well and pulled the pump from the well. Once he had the pump out, he diagnosed that it was completely shorted and that we would need a new pump. He quoted me $800 for the replacement pump, of which he had a few on his truck. He installed the new pump, added chemicals to the well to kill any pathogens, and we started to bleed the iron rich water. All in all, he was there for 90 minutes.  I would hire this company again.

Eastern Water made my undrinkable water some of the best tap water I've ever tasted in my life!  I had been spending a fortune on bottled water and no longer have to worry about that expense.  Thank you so much.

I was very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Andy and Leon.  They installed a sump pump in our basement in one day, leaving the basement neat and clean.  They checked our drinking water system, our well, storage tank and assured us they were perfect.  I recommend Eastern Water Solutions most highly to anyone seeking their company.

I wanted to replace my own well pump, but I called around first to get some prices. Shane (the owner) not only gave me the lowest estimate, but he was totally helpful with tips and tricks if I decided to do it myself. I tried to do it myself, but got in over my head. I called Shane and he was genuinely sorry to hear what happened. He sent a truck out right away. The guys that came were professional and knew their stuff. They didn't waste any time and had us up and running with water the very next day. I couldn't be happier with the service and even though it did cost a good chunk of change, it was nearly a thousand dollars cheaper than the other guys I was going to go with.
