Andy was right on time and went right to work. He was very pleasant and correctly diagnosed the problem! He pulled the pump out and changed the defective part. A terrible day was turned around by this company.  This is a place where real people answer the phones and if it's 5:00 pm their day isn't over.  Everything was thoroughly explained before they started and the was no hidden costs or agendas.   A pleasant experience from beginning to end.

12:30 party and at 11:30 the water stops flowing (on a SATURDAY)!  I got a better response from Eastern Water then I would have from 911. Here in 15 minutes and pulling a 300 foot deep well pump to repair a short. Back in business before 12:30. Thanks Eastern Water!

Just wanted to send a brief feedback email about the great service I received this week. My well system failed after a storm and I called your company and spoke to a technician. He was nice, polite, professional, returned my call promptly, called back when he said he would and showed up when promised. He fixed the problem and restored my water! Got up to no water. Called Eastern Water and was told that a tech would be there in one hour. Tech arrived on time and diagnosed right away. He explained in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done and the cost. He was very knowledgeable about the system and proceeded to replace the well pump. He had us back with water in less then two hours. He showed me what was wrong with the pump that he had removed and explained what to do to get the chlorine out of the system so that the water would be drinkable. I was more than pleased with the timeliness adn knowledge of the tech and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing well pump or water conditioner service.
