Our well couldn't keep up with our water demands and kept running dry. Eastern Water suggested a hydro frac and we agreed it seemed our best choice. We couldn't be any happier with the results. We have more water than ever before and never have any issues.

Recently Eastern Water did some work at my station. Their performance was outstanding. The little things they did set them apart.
I received a call almost immediately from the tech in which he asked me about the problem and told me when he would arrive. The technician arrived on time and we discussed the problem and his recommendation.
Before he left he said that he wanted to check with his company before he planned the job but would call me to let me know what they decided. Monday morning he called and told us what he was going to do, schedule an appointment at 9:00 for Thursday and told us we would be without water for approximately two hours.
He and another worker arrived on time and did an excellent job. They did many things that showed they took pride in their work. Instead of doing the job the easiest way, they did it the RIGHT WAY!
In summary these things set Eastern Water apart:
1. An almost immediate response by phone, this let me know that my call was being taken care of.
2. Scheduling his arrival. I like to talk to all people doing work on my station and it was easy to set aside the time to be here.
3. Making an appointment to do the work and letting us know about being out of water.
4. Being on time and fully prepared to do the job they planned on.
5. Doing high quality work rather then the bare minimum to complete the job.
6. Cleaning up before they left, they left the area better then they found it.
